Maggie’s Experience and Accomplishments:

  • Appointed to the Albany County Legislature in December 2024.

  • Executive Assistant to the Mayor of Green Island since 2020, where she manages the day-to-day operations of the Village of Green Island.

  • CEO of the Green Island Industrial Development Agency since 2024. She previously served as Treasurer from 2007 to 2023.

  • Director of the Albany County Real Property Tax Service Agency from 2018 to 2020.

  • Commissioner of the Albany Water Purification District since 2020.

  • Member of the New York State Assessor’s Association Executive Board since 2015, serving as President from 2023 to 2024.

  • Senior Policy Analyst in the Chairman of the Albany County Legislature from 2016 to 2018.

  • Member of the Albany Pool Communities Corporation Board since 2015.

  • Code Enforcement Officer and Building Inspector of the Village of Green Island since 2012.

  • President of the Board of Directors of Green Island Senior Citizens, Inc. since 2007.

  • Member of the Albany County Stormwater Coalition since 2007.

  • Director of the Green Island Food Pantry since 2006.

  • Sole Appointed Assessor of Green Island from 2005 to 2018 and since 2020.

  • Director of Parks & Recreation for the Village of Green Island since 2004.
